Make a sauce -
3/4 cup pineaplple juice,drained from pineapple chunks
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup pineapple chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Heat until thick,stirring constantly.Add 2 cups cut up cooked chicken and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot over cooked rice.
