1/4 cup butter
4 oz mushrooms ,sliced
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup white wine
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 onion,thinly sliced
2 1/4 lbs pork tenderloin,sliced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
1 tbsp prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the butter in a large skillet.Add onion and mushrooms.Saute until tender.Add the pork and brown. Sprinkle with flour and cook for 2 minutes.Add the broth,wine and sour cream. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Add seasonings and mustard. Simmer for 30 minutes more. Serve over noodles or rice.
