Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 to 10 lb. spiral cut fully cooked ham
Yellow mustard
Brown sugar

Sliced Pineapple
Maraschino cherries
Fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Place rack in roasting pan. Cut sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil twice the length of the pan and put in place. Do the same with the pan width.

Place the ham, cut side down, in the center of the pan. With a pastry brush, brush the outer surface with mustard. Next, cover the surface with brown sugar. (You'll have to use your hands and it's messy!).

Bring up the four edges of the aluminum foil to the middle and fold over leaving some room for steam.
Crimp the sides of the foil tightly. Bake 30 min. per pound. Allow the ham to sit for 20 minutes before you begin removing the slices.

Place the ham slices on a warm platter and garnish with the pineapple, cherries and parsley.

Personal Notes:
Baked Ham is traditional at our Easter Dinners, but also enjoyed other times of the year as well. This has come to be my favorite method of cooking a ham.
