3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups water
1 large can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
4 lbs. chicken breast
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in water until done. Remove chicken breast from the broth. Put can of cream of chicken soup into the broth and mix well. You may need to add more water to the broth. Keep broth mixture warm. Pull chicken apart and set aside. In a large bowl, pour flour into a mound. Use fist to press down the center to create a hole. Add vegetable oil and 2 cups water and knead until it gets stiff. Put dough onto floured surface and roll into a thin layer. Cut into strips and then cross cut the strips into squares. Return the broth to a light boil. Drop dumplings into broth, continue till all dumplings are used that are needed. Put chicken into pot and stir up, gently. Put lid on the pot and turn heat off. Fold dumplings occasionally until dumplings have thickened.
