2 c sugar
2/3 c water
1 tsp cinnamon oil
2/3 c corn syrup
1 tsp red food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Combine: sugar, syrup & water, place over heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Cook with out stirring to a hand crack stage on a candy thermometer. Add cinnamon oil and red food coloring. Pour ion greased muffin tin or cookie sheet.
