2 x 7 1/2 oz. canned pink salmon,drained,skin and round bones removed

2/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup Salad Dressing - recipe as follows-
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp cloves


* Salad Dressing -
1/4 cup granulated sugar ( I also use Splenda)
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup vinegar

Biscuit Dough -
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne powder
2 tbsp vegetable cooking oil
7/8 cup skim milk

Directions:

Salad Dressing - Stir first 4 ingredients together well in small saucepan.
Mix in part of milk until smooth. Whisk in remaining milk and vinegar. Heat and stir until it boils and thickens. Pour into container when cooled a bit. Store in refrigerator. Makes 1 1/4 cup.


Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl, Stir well

Biscuit dough - Add cooking oil and milk. Mix until soft ball forms. Knead lightly floured surface 6 to 8 times. Roll out to 12 in squares.

Spread with salmon mixture. Roll up like jelly roll. Dampen and seal seam. Cut into 12 slices. Arrange cut side down on pan that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Bake in 400 oven for 20 to 25 minutes until browned.
