4 to 5 chicken breasts
2- 3 tbsp chicken soup base (MSG free)
4 to 5 bay leaves

1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup onions (I prefer Spanish)
1 or 2 sweet potatoes
1 or 2 carrots
2-3 tbsp hoisin sauce)- you can find it in the Oriental section)

Directions:
Fill pot 3/4 full with water

Boil chicken with bay leaves and chicken soup base until the skin falls off the chicken. Throw out bones and cut meat into bite size pieces and put back into the pot.

Next- add onions,tomatoes and carrots. Leave skin on the sweet potatoes and dice into medium size pieces. Put into soup with hoisin sauce . Cook until vegetables are tender.Enjoy
