Ingredients:  
12 slices of bread
Juice from giblets
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 stalks of celery, chopped
1 egg
1/2 pint oysters

Directions:
Directions:
Toast bread; break up into very small pieces; mix juice from giblets with bread...just enough to soften. Mix onion and celery with bread. Add egg and oysters. Bake at 450º for 30 minutes.

May want to add a can of chicken broth and cream of chicken mushroom soup.
