2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn starch
1 stick melted butter
6 oz chocolate chips
1 cup nuts
2 oz bourbon (optional)
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add corn starch. Blend in melted butter and bourbon. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on bottom of pie shell. Pour the mixture over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. May be made ahead and frozen, but always serve warm. Garnish with whipped cream and a small mint sprig.
