3 - 14 ounce cans chicken broth
1/4 cup butter ,melted
1 - 16 oz package frozen mixed vegetables
1 onion chopped
3 ribs celery,sliced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3 zucchini,coarsely chopped
2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1 cup half-half cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth,butter,vegetables,onion,celery,cumin, 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper in large slow cooker and stir well.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

Stir in zucchini and broccoli if not using high temperature, turn heat to high and cook an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour or until broccoli is tender crisp

Turn off heat and stir in half and half cream.Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
