2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 T vanilla
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp. almond extract

Nabisco Nilla wafers
Cherry pie topping
Foil cupcake baking cups

Directions:
Directions:
Beat ingredients very well. Put a Nabisco Nilla wafer in each foil cupcake baking cup (the white paper is just to keep separated, so remove this.) You may crush up some wafers to fill the foil cup completely, if it doesn't cover the bottom. Makes 24 individual cheesecakes. Fill foil cupcake baking cup about 2/3 full.
Bake at 375 degrees for 17 minutes. Top each individual cheesecake with a spoonful of desired pie filling when cool. Place in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
