1 1/2 cups milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk on high for 2 1/2 minutes until hot not boiling.In a separate bowl,combine eggs,egg yolks ,sugar and vanilla. Whisk in hot milk. Strain mixture into 4 lightly buttered 6 oz ramekins. Place the ramekins into a 8 in square microwave safe dish and put hot water into the dish until about halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Cook at medium power for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the centers of the custard are just barely set. Do not overcook as the custard will firm up as it cools
