1 pkg jelly rolls
1 can fruit ( peaches,pears,strawberries)
1 can Sherry or to taste
2 pkg raspberry jello
1 carton whipping cream
1 batch Birds custard powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut jelly rolls into 1/2 slices and place inside of a medium glass bowl.Make jello according to directions on package. Add fruit,then jello to bowl and let set in fridge overnight.Make dessert custard by following directions on can. Then add to bowl, depending on the size of the bowl, you may have to make two batches of custard at once. Add whipping cream to bowl.You may add sprinkles or chocolate flakes to top.
