1 1/2 lbs gr. beef
1 chopped onion
2 T oil
2 qts water
12 oz can tomato paste
2 T salt
2T pepper
2 T cayenne pepper
1 T paprika
1 T sage
3-4 T chili powder

Directions:
brown oil, beef and onion..drain
Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened. approx 4 hours
