6 cups flour
3 T. sugar
1 cup sour cream
pinch salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 sticks oleo
1/2 cup warm water
6 eggs, separated
nuts, sugar and egg whites for filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and oleo as for pie. In a cup dissolve sugar and yeast with the warm water. Add to flour mixture with sour cream and egg yolks. Mix well. Cut into 4 equal pieces. Roll each into 12x14 rectangle. Spread with filling and roll. Place on greased pan and let rise 1 hour. Brush with lightly beaten egg white. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes
NUT FILLING
1 1/2lb ground nuts.
1 1/2 cup sugar6 beaten egg whites.. stiff
withhold one egg white for brushing. if nuts are too heavy for spreading, add a bit of milk
