1 egg
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar (or swiss) cheese
12 strips of bacon well cooked
1/2 cup of soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 pounds of ground round

Directions:
Directions:
IN a large bowl beat egg and evaporated milk. Add bread crumbs, one cup of the shredded cheese, 9 strips of the bacon crumbles, onion powder and garlic powder and mix well. Shape into loaf and bake at 350 until done or for about one hour. crumble remaing three strips of bacon on top and sprinkle the last half cup of shredded cheese on top of that. Return to oven and bake just until the cheese has melted.
