2 2/3 c navy beans
6 eggs
1/2 c honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 T coconut oil, melted
2 T butter, softened
1/3 c coconut flour (or more?)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder ( or 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. cream of tartar)
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 c (or whatever seems right to you) finely shredded carrots)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Puree the first three ingredients 2-3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, except for carrots, and puree. Stir in the carrots.

Put in 2 greased 9" circular pans and bake for 25 minutes or put in a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 35 min.
