Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 12-oz. bags fresh cranberries
2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 cup sugar (orig. recipe called for 2 cups, but I cut it back & it works)
*1 1/4 cups brandy* (add after the above ingredients have been cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place cleaned & patted dry cranberries in a greased/sprayed 9x13" flameproof pan (I use glass).
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1 hour..remove foil after 1 hour and bake 10 minutes more.
Remove from oven and place immediately on a safe surface as well as open area above the pan..pour brandy over cranberries and flambé immediately. Let go out on it's own and stir and continue to light again so as to burn off the liquor.
Let cool and store in covered container in refrigerator..it has a preserve texture and keeps like jams in the refrigerator as well. º
