6 ox jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 C red onion, finely chopped
5 - 6 T mayonnaise
baquette, sliced into 1/3" thick rounds

Directions:
Directions:
Place artichoke, cheese and onion in bowl add mayo to make a paste.
Top bread rounds with spread and place on baking sheet.
Place under broiled and brown until mixture begins to bubble.
