1 1/2 onion
3 T butter
1 1/2 C mashed potato
3 C cooked brown rice
3 T tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and form into 1 1/2" balls. Place on greased baking sheet and bake 350 for 15 - 20 minutes until golden. Makes about 36 balls.
