2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 med onions
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 can 28 oz minced tomatoes undrained
1 can 6 oz tomato paste
1 can 4 oz green chilies
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 bay leaf
2 1/2 tsp salt
6 whole cloves
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 can 15 oz red kidney beans drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and spoon off fat. Saute onions and garlic cloves till tender. Add beef. Add: Tomato Paste, tomatoes, chilies and seasonings. Simmer covered over low heat for 2 hours stirring occasionally. Add drained kidney beans cook till heated through. Will freeze for 3 months.
