dumplings: 3 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
chop onions and saute . Add
cut up veal. Add water and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add sliced mushrooms. Turn off heat and add a few Tablespoons sour cream.

Dumplings.. 3 eggs beaten,, salt..Add flour til doughy and sticky. Boil water.. drop in and boil. 5 minutes
