chicken breasts
eggs
shredded Monterey jack cheese
bread crumbs
chicken broth
Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into strips. Soak overnight in beaten eggs. Next day, roll in bread crumbs and brown.
Put in casserole and pour a can of chicken broth over top and cover with cheese.
bake at 350º for 1 hour
