4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sifted confectioner's sugar
4 T milk
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla in a medium bowl until well blended and a good glazing consistency. Pour the glaze over the top of the cake letting it drip down the sided.
