2 lg yellow onions, peeled and chopped
4 T unsalted butter
1/4 C vegetable oil
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet heat oil and butter add onion, cayenne, salt & pepper, saute 10 minutes. Reduce heat and cook for 20 more minutes until onions are carmelized. In food processor puree cream cheese, sour cream and mayo, add onions & process, season and enjoy.
