18 slice of white bread, crusts removed
Melted butter for bread
1 T butter
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom pieces
1 can lobster, diced
1/4 C butter
3 T flour
1 T lemon juice
1 C milk
Mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Brush both sides of bread with melted butter, press into muffin tins and bake 20 minutes until browned, sometimes I flatten the bread a bit. Cool.
White sauce: melt 1/4 C butter, add flour, mix well and add lemon juice and milk, stir until thick. Melt 1 T butter add onion and green pepper, saute, add mushroom pieces then lobster, add to white sauce, stir well. Fill bread cups and top with grated cheese. 350º oven - heat until cheese melts and serve.
