1/4 C tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 C chick peas drained and reserving juice
3 T olive oil
3 T lemon juice
1/2 C onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
dash of cayene
ground pepper

Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth, may need to add 2 - 3 T juice.
