Ingredients:  
4 Tilapia fillets
salt and pepper
flour to coat fish
Olive Oil
1 lemon, sliced
2 T butter
2 - 3 T capers

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and Pepper Tilapia then refrigerate for 1/2 hour
Coat with flour
Heat olive oil over medium heat add lemon slices; saute 5 min then remove lemon
Saute Tilapia in lemon infused olive oil 1-2 min on each side
Place on servicing dish
Increase heat add lemon, 2 T butter and capers
Gently stir 2 - 3 min
Spoon over talipa
Serve immediately

Quick, easy and very tasty.....the trick is the infused lemon olive oil really adds flavor.
