1 kg chicken (cut into small pieces and drain the water)
Green chillies 6-8
Curry leaves hand full
˝ tsp Ajinomoto
Tomato sauce 6 tbsp
For marinating
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Chilly powder 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Pepper powder 1tsp
˝ cup curd
Red food color
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the chicken in the marination ingredients over night in the refrigerator.
Fry chicken in oil. Than in another pan pur oil and fry green chillies, curry leave and sauté (don’t make it very brown), add ketchup and ajinomoto and food color. Finally add the fried chicken mix well and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
