"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

4 cans stewed Mexican tomatoes,
1 Serrano pepper (deseeded)
1 jalapeno pepper (deseeded)
1 bunch of cilantro
1/2 can of olives
1/2 white onion
1/2 bunch of green onions
splash of vinegar
1-2tbs of brown sugar (to taste)

Directions:
Put one can of tomatoes in a blender and add the white onion, green onion and both peppers; blend until well diced and mixed (I would say the onions and peppers almost look minced). Dump into a bowl. Add second can of tomatoes and cilantro and olives to blender; mix again (minced) and dump in bowl. Add last 2 cans of tomatoes with vinegar and brown sugar and just pulse a few times. Dump into bowl and mix all the ingredients well. Add more brown sugar and salt and pepper to taste.

Personal Notes:
This is from my neice, Brittney, on Tim's side. He LOVES it and requests it all the time! And it makes a lot, so save it for parties, etc.
