2 cans (14 oz) chicken broth
4 small baking potatoes (with skins) halved and sliced
1 large chopped onion
1 rib celery
1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup half and half
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all but half n half in slow cooker, mix well. Cook on low 6-7 hours. Stir in half and half, continue to cook 1 hour. Remove lid and slightly crush potatoes, then, cook uncovered 30 minutes. Just before serving, add butter.
