Ingredients:
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 8-oz. round Brie
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Optional: handful of dried unswtned. cranberries & apricots - finely chopped
2 apples of choice, cored and thinly sliced -I prefer granny smith or honeycrisp

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Roll the thawed pastry into a 12 inch square and place on prepared cookie sheet. Center the cheese on the pastry. Mix together the maple syrup, walnuts and optional dried fruit and spread on top of cheese. Fold the ends of the pastry over the top of the brie, cutting off any excess pastry dough. Seal pastry tightly.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes and serve with the thinly slice apples.
