1 lb. ground Breakfast Sausage
1/4 C. Flour
2 C. Milk
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a frying pan. Break sausage up while cooking. When sausage is done, remove it from the pan and set aside.
Drain the fat from the pan, except for 2 Tbsp. Whisk the flour into the reserved fat in the pan and cook over low heat fro 5 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and whisk in milk gradually. Return to medium-high heat and stir occasionally while the gravy comes to a simmer and thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Return crumbled sausage to the pan and stir well.
Serve over biscuits.
