4 ripe (soft) avocados
2 finely chopped tomatoes0
half cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
juice of one lemon
pepper to taste
teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut avocado in half and scoop out contents into a bowl, mash with fork to a chunky paste consistency (personal preference on smoothness). Mix with all other ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon. Enjoy with tortilla chips and a margarita for a little taste of the Southwest :).

For an even easier prep--just mash ripe avocado with pre-made Pico de Gallo. To keep guacamole fresh longer leave in avocado pit after made, but don't swallow it as you will choke.
