1 C. Butter, softened
1 C. Vegetable Oil
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Powder Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cream of Tartar
4 C. plus 2 Heaping Tbsp. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, oil and sugars until creamy.
Mix in eggs, vanilla, salt, soda and cream of tartar. Gradually add in flour and mix well.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls, flatten with the bottom of a glass which has been dipped in sugar. Bake at 350" for 10 minutes.
