1 Tbsp. Butter

1/8 tsp. ground Cinnamon
8 oz. wheel of Brie
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1 Egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Thaw Puff Pastry for 15-20 minutes and then unfold.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Saute the walnuts in the butter until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add the cinnamon and stir until walnuts are well coated. Set aside.
Lay the Puff Pastry out on a flat surface.
Unwrap the Brie and place it in the center of the Puff Pastry. Place the Walnut mixture on top of the Brie and sprinkle the Brown Sugar over the Walnut Mixture.
Gather up the edges of the Puff Pastry, pressing it around the Brie and gathering the edges at the top. Gently squeeze together the excess dough and tie together with a piece of kitchen twine.
Brush the beaten Egg over the top and sides of the wrapped Brie.
Place Brie on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
Serve warm with crackers.
