3 c. cut corn, well drained if frozen
2 eggs, lightly beaten with a fork
16 saltine cracker squares, crushed
1 c. milk
2 or 3 T. melted butter
3/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
A few onion flakes

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour in a lightly greased loaf pan or small casserole. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
