1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons agave nectar or stevia to taste
Dash of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put almonds and 3 cups of water in a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Add the chia seeds, agave, and cinnamon and pulse the blender several times just to mix. If it is not sweet enough, add a little move agave.
Pour mixture into a bowl and chill for 1 hour or longer to thicken. Stores in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

I top this with Greek yogurt that has been sweetened with stevia. You can add fruit as well. berries are particularly good!
