2 lbs of round steak,
2 medium sweet onions,
2 or 3 green peppers,
1/2 stick butter,
olive oil,
soy sauce,
beef broth,

1. In a little olive oil cook onions and peppers until soft and remove from pan.
2. Slice strips of beef as thin as possible. In the electric fry pan brown slices of beef in olive oil. Set aside on a platter.
3. melt half stick of butter and add the corn starch. After this is mixed add 1 cup of beef broth, and cook until thickened. Then add two dashes of soy sauce. (add more cornstarch and or beef broth until you have the desired amount of gravy.)
4. Add back in the beef and veggies
