1 cup raw long grain rice,
1 can Italian tomatoes,
1 can chicken broth,
salt,
2 cloves of garlic through press,
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
in a large skillet or electric fry pan, heat oil to high on a medium high setting, then add the raw rice. Stir constantly until the rice is golden brown. Allow rice and pan to cool then add the chicken broth, tomatoes, garlic and salt. Bring to a boil with the lid on on cook for about 35 minutes or until rice is tender and broth is absorbed.
