1/2 cup butter,
3/4 cup sweet onion finely chopped,
3/4 pounds freshly sliced mushrooms,
1 3/4 pounds top round beef cut in thing 2 inch strips,
3 Tbsp gravy flour,
1 1/2 beef broth,
3/4 tsp salt,
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce,
1/3 cup (slightly more) sour cream,
3/4 heavy cream,
4 cups of cooked rice, serve over rice.

Directions:
Directions:
melt butter in pan, add onions and mushrooms and saute until golden brown.
toss meat into flour with salt and pepper and brown in olive oil. Add beef broth, cover and simmer until meat is tender (About 1 1/2 hours). Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream and heavy cream, onions and mushroom.
