1 onion, sliced
1 3/4 cups green pepper, cut in strips
2 cups chicken breast, chopped
1/2 cup honey dijon salad dressing, fat free
8 ounces twin french bread loaf
4 slices mozzarella cheese (0.8 oz.), part skim

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat broiler. Heat large non stick skillet. Coat with cooking spray. Add onion and peppers. Coat vegetables with cooking spray. Cover and cook 8 minutes or until tender. Add chicken and salad dressing. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
Split bread in half horizonally. Place bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Spoon chicken mix onto bottom half or loaf. Top with cheese slices. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese melt and bread is lightly toasted. Place top half of loaf over cheese. Cut load into 5 equal parts.
