1/2 pound bacon
3 ripe avocados
2 garlic cloves
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded, and finely chopped
2 lemons
salt to taste
1 small heart romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 bag fancy whole grain, or blue corn tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place bacon on slotted pan. Bake 15 minutes or until crisp. Drain on paper towel lined plate. Coarsely chop bacon after cooked. Halve and pit avocados. Scoop flesh into bowl. Grate garlic directly into bowl. Add jalapenos, onion, and juice of lemons. Mash to desired consistency. Season with salt. Top guacamole with bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes. Serve with chips.
