2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Crisco
4 eggs
4 mashed bananas
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Combine ingredients. Bake @ 350º in a sheet cake pan for 30 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting when cool.
