4 cups baby spinach
6 oz. grated provolone cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 small jalapeno, chopped and seeds removed
1 can diced tomato with onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 package frozen cheese ravioli
1/3 cup half & half
Directions:
Directions:
Saute jalapenos and garlic in a large saucepan
Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper, cook 2 minutes
Add frozen ravioli, cook uncovered 4-5 minutes or until ravioli are soft
Stir in half & half, cook 1-2 minutes
Add spinach, cook until wilted
Remove from heat and add cheese
