9 inch spring form pan, 12 ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 1/2 Tbsp of water, 4 eggs separated, 2 Tbsp of confectioners sugar, 1 1/2 pints of heavy or whipping cream, 2 pkgs of Lady Fingers. shaved chocolate

Directions:
Line the bottom and the sides of the spring form pan with Lady Fingers. Melt the chocolate chips on the top of a double boiler. Add the water and blend. Add egg yolks one at a time and beat vigorously after each addition. Add the sugar and mix well. Set aside. In a separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff and fold into chocolate mixture. Beat one pint of the whipping cream until it becomes whipped cream. Fold whip cream into chocolate mixture and put in spring form pan and refrigerate overnight. Before serving mix up last half pint of whipping cream into whipped cream and put on top of mouse cake. Put shaved chocolate on top of that.
