Ingredients:  
1 large onion, chopped
8 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1 (8oz ) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili seasoning (you decide on amount)
1 tsp Tumeric
1/4 tsp ground cumin

1 can (1 pound) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup orzo (rice-shaped noodles)
3 lbs.chicken ( I use white meat only) cut into serving pieces.

Directions:
In a Dutch oven casserole, place first group of ingredients and bring mixture to a boil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer soup, with cover slightly ajar, for about an hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is tender. Yummy
