Lemon Pepper Pasta Recipe

1/2 16 oz package penne pasta
1-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
1 T olive oil
1 TBS crushed bottled garlic
1 TBS lemon pepper
1/4 c. buttter
1 c. whipping cream
1-2 c. broccoli florets
fresh grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Boil pasta in water with 2 tsp lemon pepper. Drain.
Saute chicken in large skillet with olive oil, 1/2 T lemon pepper and 1/2 T garlic.
Remove chicken and set aside. Place butter in skillet with rest of garlic and lemon pepper
and whipping cream. Mix until it bubbles (add broccoli for a few minutes here if desired)
then add chicken and stir. Put pasta in 8x8 dish and pour chicken (broccoli) and sauce over pasta.
Generously sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake in oven 15 minutes.
