1 12 ounce pkg jumbo shells
32 ounce container of ricotta cheese
4 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. of chopped parsley (i do not add this)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
32 ounce of spaghetti sauce (I use homemade)

Directions:

1. Boil shells as directed, drain and rinse. 2. Mix together cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. 3. cover bottom of pan with some of the sauce. 4. Fill the shells with the cheese mixture and arrange in the pan in a single layer. 5. cover with remaining sauce. 6. bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes.
