Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lg onion chopped finely
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp salt
13 oz can evaporated milk
2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
2 Tbs chili powder

Sauce
2 cups Ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs liquid smoke
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1-2 Tbs Sriracha hot chili sauce- optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients well and roll into ping-pong size balls
Place formed meatballs on a foil covered pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Mix sauce ingredients
Place meatballs in a crock pot and cover with sauce
Allow sauce to heat through and serve!
